Either way join Anna Bidgood and other resters for two and a quarter hours to relax your body, calm your mind and rebalance your nervous system.
Specific restorative poses will be offered, whilst you are comfortably supported by blankets and bolsters. Anna will guide you into a deep state of relaxation. This allows for the release of physical, mental and emotional tension as well as restoration of your health and vitality and greater body awareness. .
You will also receive individual and group Reiki, a Japanese energy healing modality that enhances the rebalance at a deeper level, allowing for a potent, healing and deeply relaxing experience.
No experience whatsoever is necessary and please note, this workshop is suitable for anyone including if recovering from injury or chronic or post viral fatigue. Anna Can help you with every posse or offer alternatives.
We will close the practice in a circle with freshly brewed tea and bliss balls.

Restorative Yoga for Peace - Sunday 10th December
During the festive season we sometimes can feel tired, sad, cranky, stressed and or overwhelmed. Peace seems elusive and out of our control.
Peace is however, always within us if we give ourselves the time and space needed.
Please join me for a deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga workshop to support you through the festive period and help you feel more calm, grounded and present.
Restorative yoga provides the opportunity for deep relaxation, calming of the mind and rebalancing the nervous system.
Specific restorative poses are held for longer periods of time to encourage deep relaxation whilst comfortably supported by blocks, blankets and bolsters.
Whether you are feeling excited or overwhelmed about the festive season, restorative yoga is the perfect gift (for yourself and indeed a friend or family member!!) to uncover some inner peace.
Absolutely no prior experience is necessary as I can assist you with each and every pose. The class will close with herbal tea and Christmas bliss balls.

As we move from Winter to Spring, there can be a temptation to bolt from the hibernation to spring cleaning and gardening. Similarly with the foods we eat; from slow cooked warm meals to cooler salads.
Maybe you have noticed that during the seasonal transitions people often get colds, even appendix removed (particularly between spring and summer!!). It is actually a thing - my belief is we need to transition with awareness...
I invite you to move mindfully into spring this year, to shift any lingering stagnation and release the inward energies outward
Please join me for a Restorative Yoga and Reiki workshop on Sunday 10th September. The focus will be on holding long, supported restorative shapes, supported by blankets and bolsters to balance the wood element of spring. The poses will free the flow of Qi in corresponding organs and meridian lines of the Liver and Gall Bladder and thus free any emotional and physical imbalances.
The class is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness as it is simply resting, completely supported by bolsters and blankets, releasing deep held tension and increasing body awareness.
Through the workshop you will feel completely supported as you snuggle into blankets and bolsters in specific poses for a lengthened period of time. This stimulates the applicable meridian lines (TCM) allowing for the release any unhelpful behaviours, feelings and or pain.

You will learn and practice Emotional Freedom Tapping - the gold standard energy psychology modality that can be used for all emotions as well as aches and pains.
