Anna and Lisa - I came ready to be immersed in an experience I had no experience in, I loved every minute, you enabled us the freedom to connect, support and feel capable of doing all you taught. You gave us all a safe place to speak our truth, to be vulnerable and to grow. You gave us the strength to go home and build on everything we learnt - THANK YOU
Anna and Lisa were a great team.
Thank you Anna and Lisa. The retreat created a welcoming atmosphere that enabled each individual to rest, relax, flow and grow. The yoga was both spiritual and physically healing. I highly recommend for anyone looking to extend their yoga practice and to fill their cup to overflowing.
This amazing retreat wouldn’t have been the same without Lisa and Anna. Their knowledge, dedication, passion, and love were evident in every detail. You truly made this experience unforgettable. Thank you both for putting your hearts into every single detail.
Would highly recommend the retreat for solo or group of friends. Anna created a beautiful experience and was super nurturing and fun leading the retreat. Anna and Lisa were a great team.

We’ll provide you with a comprehensive guide covering everything from what to pack, and all the little details that will make your trip smooth and stress-free. If this is your first retreat, we’ll make sure you feel supported every step of the way!
A decade ago Anna Bidgood recommenced yoga, met Lisa Allwell as her yoga teacher and was immediately drawn to both!!
Anna went on to study Yoga and wellness therapies and teaches Yin and Fascia Release classes as well holds regular Restorative Yoga Workshops with Sound Healing and Reiki. She is into all things wellness and shares strategies for healthy and calm living. Anna has a love of travel and adored leading her last retreat to Bali. It was a no brainer to team up with her friend and mentor Lisa Allwell. They had soooo much fun they teamed up again!
Lisa has led 11 previous Bali Retreats (to this very place)….she just can’t seem to stay away. When you join her in Bali, she’ll tell you about how in Bali the yoga is often hidden in plain sight.
You will see first-hand how their devotion, prayer and ceremony permeate all aspects of your stay. It is impossible not to be touched by the colourful daily rituals, offerings and ordinary magic.
Lisa will infuse the retreat teachings with cultural elements to help you to understand why so many people are drawn to profound and deep spiritual connection to this magical place. (She studied with a Balinese Healer, Tjokorda Rai in 2012)
Together they will ensure that you leave this retreat feeling nurtured, recharged, focused and restored

Atlas was built with locally sourced natural Australian products and leading interior designers & architects.
Atlas Retreat interiors are inspired by the seven continents of the world, with touch of different cultures of the world in every room.
The ground floor has four bedrooms themed as Africa, South America, North America, and Europe.
A highlight is the Asia Yoga/meditation room which is a multi-functional space for groups to share.
Upstairs is the Australia room which includes an open space kitchen, living, dining, library area and open fire. There is also a built-in outdoor BBQ on the balcony overlooking the water. Wander outside into a relaxed native garden, with fire pit, sculptures and a beautiful mineral pool and raised heated tub spa. The outdoor cabana includes a mini gym, full amenities, and extra outdoor living space.
What more could you wish for! If there is anything you can think of, we are only too happy to try and oblige - they don't call us the dynamic duo for nothing!!
